I don't want to talk about the bad experiences on a good day, however, so I'm going to give you a gif representing one of the strangest -- but most awesome -- experiences I've ever had in my life. It all started when I was thinking about an Internet TV show I wanted to do. As I was sitting there, a song called "Trees" came on the radio. By the time the song was over, I had thought up a complete music video based on my original idea for my show.
I wrote a complete script, a shooting schedule, and got the whole thing done in record time. Then, I sent the video to Lovehammers' (the band that created the song) manager. He emailed me back almost immediately, and said that the lead singer, Marty Casey, just happened to be standing there when the video came in, and they both loved it! It was their most popular song at the time, but they didn't have a music video for it yet... so they put it up right on the front of their MySpace page, and agreed to put it on the front page of their website as well (although their record label put an end to that before it could happen).
