MMM Day 6: Monster Kitties!!

Today's May Monster Madness post is all about monster kitties. They exist! They are all around us. You'd better sleep with one eye open, because they are out to get you. Be afraid. Be very afraid. They lurk around corners, and jump out of trees when you least expect it. They hiss and swat the air as they complete their evil chants. When the claws come out, you're a goner. There's no way to escape these terrifying monsters. Here they come! I've been able to catch a few photos. When you see the following behavior, run quickly, before it's too late!

Furball gives himself over to evil

Furball does a Linda Blair
Cheetah "possesses" her domain

Furball is terrified by the horror of it all

Booty has grown a large Tippy growth, becoming Hunchback Booty

Lulu is horrified by what she sees

Miss Kitty makes her transformation to Vampire Kitty

Gracie protects her old tree trunk using her trusty old evil eye

Furball reaches for help before falling into the depths of the couch

Furball also believes in the evil eye when it comes to protecting his domain

Teensy screams for help from Tippy's dungeon

OMG! Tippy has been cut in half!

Mama Miss Kitty teaches her babies the intricacies of the "drunken evil eye"

  2. Such a delightful Cat House you have. (Will the county let you have a Cat House, legally?)

    1. I don't actually have a Cat House, although I brought their food just inside the back door because there was a feral cat terrorizing them. There used to be two, until I caught one. Other than coming inside once in awhile when they want (to get out of the heat or bad weather, they are mostly outdoor cats. They are all spayed and neutered, which is all they really care about. Licensing is not required, although I've licensed Miss Kitty, and had a microchip implanted in all but the two ferals at the time, which I've been able to tame somewhat since then. :)

  4. I once wrote a short story about evil, soul-stealing cats, and then I looked at my own cat suspiciously for days!
